NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (NDA)
Accurate Meezan Trading L.L.C – Client Confidentiality Policy
This Non-Disclosure Agreement outlines how Accurate Meezan Trading L.L.C (“Company”, “we”, “us”) handles, protects, and safeguards any information shared by clients (“Client”, “you”).
By sharing information with us or using our services, you agree to the following terms.
Respect for Your Intellectual Property
Accurate Meezan Trading L.L.C respects all materials submitted by you. Any documents, designs, concepts, or proprietary content shared with us will be used solely for completing your project or fulfilling your service requirements.
All copyrights and intellectual property rights remain yours.
We do not claim ownership or reuse your work in any form.
Confidentiality Commitment
We guarantee that all information you share with us—including project files, documentation, communications, and contact details—will remain strictly confidential.
We will not disclose, distribute, or sell any confidential information to third parties unless:
- You provide written authorization, or
- Disclosure is required by law.

We maintain strong physical, electronic, and administrative safeguards to protect your data.
Our security measures help:
- Prevent unauthorized access
- Maintain data accuracy
- Ensure proper handling of all information

This NDA applies to all information collected or submitted through the Accurate Meezan Trading L.L.C website and communication channels, including:

- Order-specific and project-specific details
- Cookie-based and referring-site information
- Any additional information voluntarily shared by you
How Your Information Is Used
Your information is used solely for the following purposes:
a. Processing your order or request
Information provided when placing an order is used only to complete that specific order.
b. Communication and updates
Your email address is used only for order updates, responses to inquiries, or communication relating to your request.
c. Website improvement
We may use general, non-identifying visitor data to improve the website or provide anonymous statistics to advertisers.
No personal identifiers are ever included.
d. No unrelated use without permission

General Terms
- The orders are for delivery inside UAE only.
- Customers under the age of 18 must not register, transact, or use this website.
- Cardholders must retain a copy of transaction records and Company policies.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account.
Payment
Payments may be made using Visa/MasterCard debit or credit cards, bank transfer, or cheque deposit (AED only).
Payment Confirmation
Once payment is received, a confirmation email will be sent within 24 hours.
Delivery / Shipping Policy
Delivery is available within the UAE (Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Al Ain, Dubai, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, Sharjah, and Umm Al Quwain), within a 75 km radius from city centers for 01 – 03 days .
- Delivery charges are shown at checkout.
- FREE delivery for orders above AED 500.
- If payment is received before 12 noon, delivery is scheduled within the next 01- 02 working days.
Our delivery team will contact you after payment is made.
Unloading
The Customer is responsible for unloading at their site.
The Customer must provide a forklift, crane, and/or labor where required.
Any damage during or after unloading is the Customer’s responsibility.
Installation
Onsite installation and training are not included unless selected as an optional (chargeable) service from Accurate Meezan.
- Installation must occur at the time of delivery (not on separate days).
- Customer must provide all required utilities (electrical, air, fittings, wiring).
- Customer must supply raw and packing materials for testing during installation.
- Customer must have an operator with basic machine knowledge available.
- Customer must sign daily activity and final installation reports.
Warranty
All supplied materials are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of supply.
Warranty does NOT include:
- Wear and tear parts
- Misuse, accidents, or damage at the customer site
Faulty parts will be replaced free of cost during the warranty period.
Customer bears the transport/courier charges for replacement parts.
Service
Site visits during the warranty period can be requested at our standard visiting rates.
Alternatively, you may opt for our comprehensive AMC packages.
Returns Policy
We’ll gladly take it back in its original condition with the receipt and within 7 days from original invoice date.
Eagle will not accept return of non-stock items. All returned products must be received in their original, unopened packages, undamaged and packed appropriately for shipping. Items must be in sellable condition and suitable for restocking. Returned products must be accompanied by original order invoice and packing slip.
Returned items are subject to a 10% reprocessing charge. Full credit will be given for any item returned due to a processing error by Eagle.
Final Sale
Please understand that we cannot accept returns in certain instances:
- Damages due to misuse of product.
- Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product.
- Any consumable item which has been used or installed.
- Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories,including the box and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.

Return the product unused and in the same condition as you received it, with the original packaging, tags and invoice
Once we receive the product, we will provide a replacement or refund your payment if replacement is not possible.
How do I return a defective or damaged product for a new
replacement?
You may return the product in any of the below manner :-
We may be able to arrange for the product to be collected from your delivery address (collection charges apply) if your delivery location is in coverage area.
Please ensure that the product is returned in the original condition you had received it.
How long will it take to process my cancellation and refund request?
Once your request for cancellation and refund is received, it will take us a maximum of 4-5 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same.
If the refund mode is Credit Note/Gift Voucher, the same shall be made available to you within 2 days after cancellation.
However, if you opt for having the money transferred back to the source of transaction, it may take up to 10-15 business days for the respective banks to process the refund. Please get in touch with the banks directly in case of any delays post confirmation of cancellation/refund by Eagle.
What are the modes of refund available after cancellation?
In order to confirm cancellation of item(s) in your order, you need to indicate your refund preference.
There are three modes of refund:
Credit Note / Gift Voucher – If you choose this option, the same shall be forwarded to you.
Back to Source – In this case, the money will be refunded back to the payment mode/account that was originally used to make the transaction.
Payments made via Cheque, Cash and DD will be refunded through transfer within 10 – 15 business days of receiving your Bank details.
Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the Cardholder’s credit card account as that is managed by the Cardholder’s issuing bank.
Once you have requested the cancellation of item(s) in your order, Eagle will complete the cancellation and initiate the refund, depending on your preference
Pricing
Pricing or terms may change without notice.
Ownership
Accurate Meezan retains full ownership and title of all machinery and materials supplied until full payment is received.
Risk of damage passes to the Buyer upon delivery, but ownership transfers only after full payment.
Even if affixed to land, machines are not considered fixtures, and title remains with Accurate Meezan until paid in full.
Force Majeure
Events beyond our control (war, natural disasters, strikes, riots) may delay deliveries.
Such delays extend the expected delivery time accordingly.
Jurisdiction
All disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Courts of Dubai, UAE.
